Tune in to a short documentary exploring how leaders in the Food Is Medicine movement across the United States are stepping beyond their comfort zones—and into the relationships needed to bridge health care, agriculture, and economic development. Launched in 2023, Think Regeneration set out to connect leaders in farming, food systems, health care, and policy to confront some of our biggest challenges: rising chronic disease, rural decline, and farmer health. What began as a conversation has grown into a nationwide effort to rethink how food is grown, distributed, and valued. Last year, our first documentary revealed why soil health is foundational to producing food that truly nourishes people. This year, we go further—focusing on the human networks that must be rebuilt to ensure the values we grow into our food stay with it all the way through the supply chain. Because at the end of the day, agriculture isn’t just about yields or profits—it’s about producing healthy human beings. And that requires alignment, support, and shared purpose across the entire food system and beyond. Hear from leaders and experts including Erin Martin, Dr. Jonathan Lundgren, Sherry Hess, Dr. Casey Carr, Dr. Steven Chen, Marty Travis, Herb Young, and more as they share the vision, ideas, and capacity already emerging to strengthen our communities—**one meal at a time.** Stay tuned for what’s next in 2026.
